These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the aha4d platform, including all gaming products, financial services, promotions, and customer support features. Access to and use of the aha4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your membership:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place any wager, or claim any bonus on the aha4d Platform. This age restriction applies universally and without exception. aha4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the membership lifecycle. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all funds will be held pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
You must be a natural person of full legal capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to engage in online gaming under the laws of your country or territory of residence. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. If you are currently subject to a self-exclusion order, you must not attempt to register or use the Platform.
To access aha4d's Gaming Products, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must also select a unique username and a strong password. By submitting your registration, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and that you satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
aha4d applies a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at the time of registration, upon your first withdrawal request, or at any time aha4d's compliance team deems necessary:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by aha4d may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal rights or the permanent closure of your Account. aha4d will not be liable for any inconvenience arising from the KYC process where you have failed to provide documentation in a timely manner.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. aha4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been authorized by you unless you have previously notified aha4d of unauthorized access. You must notify aha4d's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
You are responsible for keeping your Account information current and accurate. If any of your registered details change — including your email address, residential address, or phone number — you must update your Account profile without delay. aha4d will not be liable for any failure to deliver communications, bonuses, or withdrawal funds resulting from outdated account information.
aha4d processes all financial transactions exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment channels are currently supported:
aha4d reserves the right to add or remove supported payment channels at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes to available payment methods via in-platform notification or email.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the relevant banking or e-wallet provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your Account. aha4d does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which aha4d accepts no liability.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. aha4d targets a processing time of under five minutes for all verified withdrawal requests. In exceptional circumstances — including but not limited to high-volume periods, public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Lebaran, or where additional security verification is required — processing may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals are only released to payment accounts registered in your own name; withdrawals to third-party accounts will be refused.
The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the withdrawal page within your Account and is denominated in IDR. Requests below the stated minimum will not be processed until the balance reaches the required threshold.
All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on the aha4d Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). aha4d does not accept or issue payments in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied; there are no foreign exchange margins embedded in aha4d's transaction pricing.
aha4d offers a range of promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin equivalents, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion description. Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, the following general rules apply:
aha4d employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent; the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer multiple times; collusion between Members; or the systematic exploitation of promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, aha4d reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings, restrict future promotional eligibility, or permanently close the relevant Account.
aha4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after you have already met the eligibility criteria and been credited, the credited amount and its applicable terms will be honoured in full.
The availability of specific games, betting markets, and tournament events on the aha4d Platform may vary over time. aha4d reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game or market at its sole discretion. Temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, provider-side technical issues, or regulatory constraints does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
All sports betting markets — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international competitions featuring Timnas Indonesia), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (Mandalika Circuit), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) — are governed by the aha4d Sportsbook House Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is accepted and a confirmation reference number is issued, the odds are locked. aha4d reserves the right to void bets placed in error, on suspended markets, or after an event has commenced where the bet was submitted after the scheduled match start time.
Live casino games, including live Dragon Tiger, baccarat, roulette, and blackjack, are operated by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules governing each live game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, aha4d and its provider will use all available server-side data to determine the outcome; the provider's decision is final.
All togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from the relevant official draw providers. Tickets are non-refundable once a draw has closed. aha4d does not influence or control draw outcomes. Disputes regarding draw results must be raised within 48 hours of the result being published on the Platform.
The aha4d Slot Tournament series operates under specific event rules published at the commencement of each tournament. Leaderboard standings are determined by the criteria stated in the event rules (typically total win multiplier or total points accumulated). Prize pools are distributed within 72 hours of the tournament's close. aha4d's decision on all tournament outcomes and prize allocations is final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aha4d Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the aha4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of aha4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational gaming purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aha4d's total aggregate liability to any Member — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the relevant incident.
aha4d shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether aha4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Certain Gaming Products on the Platform are supplied by third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). aha4d accepts no liability for errors, interruptions, or unfair outcomes attributable to the technical infrastructure or software of third-party providers, provided that aha4d has taken reasonable steps to engage reputable, licensed studios.
aha4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; abusive behaviour toward staff or other Members; or where aha4d determines that continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable legal, financial, or reputational risk.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting aha4d's support team via live chat or by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations apply.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 8 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (Governing Law) shall survive termination of these Terms indefinitely.
aha4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights, obligations, or financial interests in a significant way — aha4d will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' notice via in-platform notification and/or email to your registered address before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction in which aha4d is licensed and regulated. aha4d operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform, SSL-encrypted and Licensed and Regulated Internationally, and maintains its operations in compliance with the licensing requirements of its issuing regulatory authority.
You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your country of residence and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure your compliance with applicable local laws. aha4d makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction. Access to the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful is undertaken at your own risk.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through aha4d's internal dispute resolution process (see Section 6 and the FAQ) shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
